Rather than notify a large number of talk pages I am raising this on WP:AN and WP:VP to obtain the right intervention.

What to do

Check for the type of usage in articles and templates (usually infoboxes)
If the deletion of the image will cause a problem, try to fix it:
- Using a local redirect
- By using a different image (i.e. in an infobox)
