Chzz's 10 minute solution to all world problems

Do this exactly

Load up a copy of Shine On You Crazy Diamond - do not start it yet - get it, somehow. Youtube or whatever.
Get yourself set so that your PC or sound system can play that...as loud as possible. Still, do not play it yet - check your system with another tune, if necessary.
Gather your things.. Cigarettes, chocolate, drugs, whatever... get all within arms reach.
Turn off all the lights
Hit play
DO NOT RESPOND to ANYTHING for the next ten minutes.
