Evaluations

I'm not going to list an inline citation for the "more than 99%" claim under ==Alternatives==, because I'd eventually like to get a really strong source for that, or at least a statewide number. But if it seems unlikely to you, then please note that 99.1% is what Prince Georges County Public Schools is reporting currently: see [1]. WhatamIdoing (talk) 18:55, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
