TLM vs. TLM

Hi, I have added some new material to the article and also a sufficient amount of references should be included now. The next step, I am planning to do is to include the circular transmission line method (c-TLM) and to include some of the drawbacks of TLM vs c-TLM.
According the the sources I have found both terms (TLM) are used interchangeably when it comes to the determination of the specific contact resistivity. Galaktico (talk) 15:45, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
