NTSC/ATSC to PAL/European HD pulldown

Is there a name (ratio?) for the pulldown pattern used to convert on-the-fly between US and European video framerates? It's increasingly becoming an issue because all European TVs (other than computer monitors) still run on 50i or 50p, whereas all worldwide BDs, cellphones, and tablets standards record and encode video in the framerates that originated with NTSC and ATSC, i. e. 24p, 30p, and 60i. --46.93.154.151 (talk) 17:38, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
