systemd integration

I've recently read on Phoronix that Gummiboot has been integrated into systemd, shop there be a section on this in this article, or the systemd article? --DSA510 Pls No Level Up 19:11, 21 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! As stated in a Phoronix article, that's still just an announcement, so including that intention into any of the Wikipedia articles would be pretty much against WP:CRYSTALBALL. We should just wait and see what actually happens. — Dsimic (talk | contribs) 07:09, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, fair enough. Must have missed that bit. --DSA510 Pls No Level Up 01:14, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
With systemd 220, gummiboot has integrated into systemd. --Kıverti qwerty (talk) 19:14, 19 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think the article's name should be systemd-boot. --Kıverti qwerty (talk) 00:58, 23 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The article name should remain unchanged, describing a discontinued software product is perfectly fine. Moreover, gummiboot as a product hasn't been renamed, it has been integrated into another software product. Of course, all further updates on systemd-boot should go into the systemd article. — Dsimic (talk | contribs) 10:22, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Translation of Gummiboot

The German word Gummiboot does not refer to an inflatable boat, it is the exact translation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.206.149.139 (talk) 11:19, 14 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
