Relevance/Notability

What distinguishes a System Sequence Diagram from a Sequence diagram? They appear to function in identical ways, to serve the same purpose with only a difference in domain specificity. As far as I have been able to find System Sequence Diagrams are only referred to as a unique model in a hodge podge of education texts and powerpoints related to the field of systems analysis.

The UML Spec definition for a Sequence Diagram fully describes a System Sequence Diagram, but, trusting Adobe Reader's search, the string "System Sequence" does not occur within the spec. 68.54.2.135 (talk) 16:50, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
