Attempt at page cleanup

Hi.

This page was pretty out of date. I've attempted to update it to be both more accurate, and also somewhat less promotional. I work for Google, but I've attempted to change the text to be more objective and less marketing-like.

Suggestions for improvements are wildly appreciated.

Pointing to Google Cloud Operations

I added a short sentence to clarify that Stackdriver is now termed Google Cloud Operations. I recommend leaving the page so that anyone can trace the provenance of the service. It still exists in code and Github as Stackdriver. Satyaglyph (talk) 20:16, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
