Re the music video

I thought the planet from which they escape is Earth, in a future ice age. They then return to Earth via a wormhole thousands/millions of years later to find it barren and hot.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.158.43.151 (talkcontribs) 06:50, June 16, 2006

I don't see how the planet could possibly be anywhere but Earth. That's the whole point of having Big Ben there at the end! U-Mos 14:20, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wasn't this an Arthur C. Clark short story? 71.239.101.208 (talk) 00:26, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Radiohead Influence?

Does anyone else think the orbital advertisement poster saying "Ice age is coming" could be a reference to Radiohead's Idioteque? Muse are known to be influenced by Radiohead, and Kid A and Absolution had similar post-apocalyptic themes going on. Henre 17:06, 12 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That also says that ANY floating advertise board in space is from radiohead. Orbital advertisements re standard in science fiction of socieities of advnaced earth.--Jakezing (talk) 22:01, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
