What?

This page makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. This may be the least-coherent 'pedia article I've ever come across. It's not even clear enough for me to try to make a start rewriting it -- an d I know a bit about AI programming (hell, I've even got a copy of Amosov's Modeling of Thinking... but I'm baffled.
