Explanation?

The example is not clear. It would be nice to know: 1) what's in the tables being searched and 2) the output of the search. 128.138.64.191 (talk) 23:30, 25 November 2007

Microsoft?

Why is there a link to Microsoft? Is there any evidence that Microsoft either implemented or claimed to implement QBE? QBE is a specific language like FORTRAN or C, not a generic term for any visual interface. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JonnyBoats (talkcontribs) 17:32, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

IIRC, Microsoft Research has published papers about Query By Example. Also there's a Wikipedia article about the Microsoft implementation of the language, so it makes sense to link to it from here. Diego (talk) 18:31, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

GraphQL

Would GraphQL be a recent example? If so, perhaps it should be added here. 2604:2000:6999:1200:CCC7:2B26:E5EA:570D (talk) 15:22, 2 June 2017 (UTC) (quakephil)[reply]

PgFoundry

The domain is no longer related to PostgreSQL. The link is redirected to home page, but the whole site is now about fitness... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5.102.217.180 (talk) 13:09, 15 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Tableau Query

Re: "QBE is based on the logical formalism called tableau query..."

I couldn't find any formal reference to "tableau query", except for a commercial product. It's possible this is spam in disguise. A second opinion is welcome. 216.165.246.222 (talk) 03:16, 9 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
