RfC on article content - is this about online interviewing versus one-way interviewing?

This page seems to have become confused - it started out as a page on online interviewing, and has gradually morphed into a page on one way interviewing with pre-recorded questions. The majority of referenced material - perhaps all? - still relates to online interviewing. What do we think the best way to manage this is, please?
