Royal intervening

One thing I think should be included in the article is also the fact that the British Monarch is within her rights to prevent any motions being discussed in parliament. An example I have of this is when HM Queen Elizabeth II refused to allow the Military Action Against Iraq (Parliamentary Approval) Bill from being discussed in the House of Commons. The C of E.
