How can a Non-recursive function "refer to:

   * Recursion (computer science): a procedure or subroutine, implemented in a programming language, whose implementation references itself..."

That isn't helpful. The link was not to "recursive", it was to "non-recursive". It's unfair to expect a reader to go to another page just on the hope that the opposite (one assumes) of the subject is explicitly defined. "Non-recursive function" should be briefly defined on this page.

Redirect to Recursive function?

It has almost exactly the same entries, so maybe it would be sensible to make this a redirect. CarrieVS (talk) 19:18, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
