Hard to understand
I based this article on the book Arc Routing: Problems, Methods, and Applications by Corberan and Laporte published by SIAM, the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. - What is the intended aim of the algorithm? I see all the steps and can follow them roughly, but it's a bit hard to understand what the algorithm is intended to do without some sort of a plain language explanation. — Ⓜ️hawk10 (talk) 01:27, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
