Scoring Rule

Shouldn't the scoring rule be $W(J-1)\geq W(J-2)\geq \dots \geq W(1)>W(0)$ instead of $W(J-1)>W(J-2)>\dots >W(1)>W(0)$ ? See Manski (1975)^[1] top of page 209. Mguggis (talk) 18:14, 15 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
