Phase confusion

I'm a little confused about the solvent/aqueous phases. I think the second paragraph under "Process" needs a tweak as it has both streams in the aqueous phase. There is similar confusion on the "Purex" Wikipedia page, where there seems to be a disparity between the diagram and the text. Maybe an expert can help?
