The MacCormac method seems to be exactly the same as Heun's method

I don't see how these schemes are the same except that they are both predictor-corrector schemes. MacCormack is to solve PDEs, whereas Heun's method solves ODEs. HannesGS (talk) 09:30, 6 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
