Adding this software to the Alternative to SPSS Section in the corresponding article?

as the title says I wonder why e.g. PSPP is mentioned in the SPSS article as a free open-source alternative but not JASP?

First release

Wanted to add "first release" info, but not sure how to interpret https://github.com/jasp-stats/jasp-desktop/releases?after=v0.7Beta2 , which shows 0.2 as the first release in 2014.
