I can import part of Human iron metabolism#How cells get their iron from the body section to this article and edit both, so this article will contain only IRBP-related material, and iron metabolism article will contain general information and link here for futher one or include a section from this article (it's possible with MediaWiki, isn't it?). I can also draw ferritin and transferrin IRE + IRBP figures with Inkscape, so this article will become more serious.
