I get the impression the source document 1037C is, at least in part, a glossary for lawyers haggling over the meaning of US government contracts. So, yes, much of it should be trimmed down to leaner, sprightlier prose for our purposes. Jim.henderson (talk) 03:26, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
