For a book, any CCNA study guide will help you. I use the CCNA Study guide by Todd Lammle (ISBN 0-7821-4392-X) and it's pretty self explanatory.

EDIT: somewhere in the IOS Version 12, IGRP is no longer supported by Cisco because of little usage from it. The Cisco 2801 router that I had used did not support it.

CCNA coures
