Not tensors

Tensors in a fixed coordinate system can be written as mutli-dimensional arrays of the same size along each dimension (e.g. n×n×n). However, multi-dimensional arrays with different sizes of along different dimensions (such as n×m×p) are not tensors. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.59.122.119 (talk) 17:34, 11 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
