Article should define Harish-Chandra's c-function

Someone, preferably someone more expert in the area than I, needs to write the first (currently empty) section, "Harish-Chandra's c-function". After all, that's what the article is supposed to be about! The following section describes a more general c-function that is said to reduce to Harish-Chandra's, but I didn't notice the more general c-function being defined either! Then formulas are given for these functions. (But these formulas aren't normally used as the definitions---they are hard theorems.)

Maybe if this article were classified as mathematics as well as "Russia", it would get the attention it needs.
