too technical

I have added a non-technical introduction to the article. May I now remove the "too-technical" alert at the top of the page? Or, can someone please explain how that would work?

Also: I see that the title of the article does not follow normal Wikipedia style, in that it capitalizes the second word ("tour"). How can that be fixed? Daqu (talk) 08:33, 15 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
