Deleted contents by restoring revision 1225028792

Hello AquilaFasciata. Thanks for your contributions. I see that you restored into the revision 1225028792 on the following change. And some contents including the texts written by me was removed too. What was the reason that you removed the contents? I did read your short comment "It wasn't OR, it had citations" on the change. But I couldn't understand the reason. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Framework_Computer&diff=1226265005&oldid=1226233061 Junaruga (talk) 17:14, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

More precise USB specs

USB 3.2 basically means nothing, it could be Gen 1 (5 Gb/s), Gen 2 (10), Gen 2x2 (20), it would be great if someone could add which version of 3.2 it is! Esteban Outeiral Dias (talk) 14:55, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

New Framework Announcement

Something needs to be added to the article about the upcoming Framework Laptop 12 and Framework Desktops that were just announced by Framework during the Framework (2nd Gen) event. 97.186.205.235 (talk) 23:33, 25 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Now this article has the Framework Laptop 12 and Framework Desktop sections with the short texts. Junaruga (talk) 16:44, 15 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Headquarters update?

When browsing on the Framework website, I discovered that on their contact page they list as follows:

Headquarters Address: Flight Forum 40 Ground Floor, 5657 DB Eindhoven, The Netherlands

I couldn't find any info on a recent move with a quick google search, but this is an official source. FJJones (talk) 08:26, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

That's just a mailbox for their EU legal entity. They're still based in San Francisco, and their US legal address still appears on the US site. 158.121.180.32 (talk) 15:10, 28 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@FJJones If you access the <https://frame.work/contact-us> from the US location such as using VPN, I think you can see the US headquaters address. Framework's content is dynamically changed depending on the location where you see the website, redirecting the link from the <https://frame.work/foo> to <https://frame.work/country/language/foo>. The dynamically changed content depending the location is a bit problem as a reference. Junaruga (talk) 16:40, 15 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I think maybe yes. You can update the text with the reference link of the "they dont sell them anymore and offer anyone who got one to upgrade/replace the mobo to a supported one". Junaruga (talk) 16:32, 15 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
