Replicates

Wouldn't it make sense to simply repeat tests to remove this as a problem? It doesn't, to me, seem a real issue. Mastercampbell (talk) 12:10, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Additional replicates will help with the degrees of freedom in the test method but will not improve precision. Larger sample sizes, generally 150-500 mg are most common for this type of analysis (Tysonrowland1234 (talk) 11:07, 15 October 2015 (UTC))[reply]
