I am going to remove the needs wikilinks template

I have added about a dozen, which is as far as I can get with it, but should be enough for the average reader to get a glimpse of what this is talking about. I did not wikify vector, frequency list or domain generalization hierarchies, even though I believe these terms could use some explaining, because I could not identify a good page to link to.
