Is this simply Xerago's marketing spin?

This article has been created and maintained by a sock farm for Xerago.com (See User talk:CVM Platform, where I've been trying to identify all the accounts and links).

COI/socking aside, I'm having a difficult time determining if there's anything here that isn't covered more substantially and better recognized by other terms/concepts/approaches. While this is definitely a phrase used and promoted by Xerago, I'm not sure it's anything but Xerago's marketing spin on concepts and approaches used more commonly under other names. --Ronz (talk) 16:29, 29 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

In looking at the article I think it should be at least stubbed down to what is supported by real refs or perhaps even redirected somewhere, like marketing. - Ahunt (talk) 12:37, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I was hoping to get editors with more expertise in the topic area to help. I was thinking of redirecting to Customer relationship management before I saw how Trigger-based marketing (created and edited by some of the socks) was redirected to Marketing#Customer_focus . --Ronz (talk) 15:28, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I wish I had some expertise in this field, but it is mostly out of my area, so I am not sure where to look for refs to improve it. I'd vote for stubbing it to the text that is actually supported. - Ahunt (talk) 17:15, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Someone at Wikipedia:WikiProject Marketing & Advertising might be able to help. I'm also noticing fairly recent cleanup in a number of related articles, so there may be editors interested in cleaning this one as well. --Ronz (talk) 18:23, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Please feel free to ask! - Ahunt (talk) 21:01, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
