Neil Martin India's edits

Personally, I don't think this page should include "buyer's guide" information. I'd like to revert Neil Martin India's edits on these grounds. I know this article is only a stub, but this additional info doesn't seem very encyclopedic. I'll revert within a couple of days unless anyone has any objections. No objections, so I'm reverting. Because of the nature of the stub, I don't think many people are keeping an eye on this anyway. JGerretse (talk) 21:24, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Convert into outline?

This is essentially a glorified disambiguation, where generic (and practically unsourced) text discussing the field is followed by a list of loosely related items. For articles of this structure, we have q special type, WP:Outline. Perhaps, we should explicitly convert this article into an outline? Викидим (talk) 18:12, 26 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. When I arrived at it (as the obvious landing page for my new system settings redirect – rather astonishingly absent until now), I felt that here is a page that needs some serious TLC. It only dealt (minimally) with hardware configuration, lacking anything about software configuration until I added some stub material. Maybe somebody at wp:WikiProject Computing might adopt it? I have asked at wikipedia talk:WikiProject Computing for a kind soul to give it a wash and brush up. --𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 23:21, 26 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
