Note, the input file is empty The output file is TDSMS.SUHM.DG80.HMERRORI(+1) (this is being created new, catl, del) There was another batch job that ran cleanly, at the same time for region 40. Since that input file was empty as well, I deleted/redefined the input file using the same DCB information. Running this step only, the job failed with same errors.
