Possibly a mistake in the Algorithm Description

I think in the Description of the Algorithm the flow relation has a small mistake in the definition.

I believe it should be $\{(a,p_{(A,B)})|(A,B)\in Y_{W}\wedge a\in A\}$ instead of $\{(a,p_{(C,B)})|(A,B)\in Y_{W}\wedge a\in A\}$
