Near as I can figure these are the terms used in relation to this organization.

Revolutionary Fibers and Textiles Manufacturing Innovation Hub - the Defense Department's name for it (maybe a funding line)
Advanced Functional Fabrics of America (AFFOA) and/or AFFOA Alliance - industry
Advanced Functional Fabrics of America (AFFOA) Institute - MIT specific
- AFFOA National Fabric Innovation Network - also referred to by MIT [1][2]
