People not understanding the satirical intent of the sitcom

This is too much of a generalisation . I was one of those little people offended by, and campaigning, against the show , but made clear in my published Radio Times letter that the satirical intent was not misunderstood but that we had simply wished the creators had chosen a characteristic that wasn’t prejudiced against in real life and suggested , blue eyes , blond hair , people with a certain name etc . 2A04:4A43:548F:DDAF:D04A:55C9:F115:F172 (talk) 21:40, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
