Update

This page is sadly out of date. If this is supposed to be a copy of the meta page, then it is not.

If I understand correctly:

The base stylesheet is commonPrint.css; editable by developers
MediaWiki:Print.css overrides the base and can be edited by admins
But some printing CSS is still in MediaWiki:Common.css
