Who should be credited as developer and publisher?
Me, @ImPurpl3: and @Tooadman: have been editing back and forth the developer label in the infobox. They claim that the developer is unknown and should read as such, and I disagree. My case is that the sources describe McD and Nintendo as developers, as:
- [1] says "McDonald's Japan is currently developing [eCDP]",
- [2] says "The chain is developing a DS training program",
- [3] says "McDonald's has developed software",
I an fully aware that the game and its conception is shrouded in mystery, and perhaps it was outsourced to some unknown game studio. However, the sources all clearly specify McD as developer - and without clear evidence of the contrary our content should not contradict the very sources cited. Can't we agree?
And as for the publisher label, it should by all means also read "McDonald's" as they're the masters of their own game's distribution. Gaioa (T C L) 10:37, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
