Endgame1, Records, Weaken, and the IP are all known to be the same indefblocked user; the question is whether User:Foundby is related; Foundby shares many of Records' disruptive behaviors but to a somewhat lesser extent. Both Foundby and Records submitted a blatantly premature FAC nomination for Folding@Home, then spammed talk pages of the objectors with requests for rereviews and sofixits (eg F: [1] [2], R: [3] [4]) without actually doing significant work on the article. Foundby also attempted to spam talk pages by adding a series of users one or two at a time to to the SuggestBot list. Foundby's first edit ever was a reference desk question regarding the outcome of the previous F@H nomination: [5]. Foundby and Records also share formatting quirks such as excessive bolding. Note also that Foundby has a malformatted, doomed RfA up at Wikipedia:Requests_for_adminship/Foundby, and Endgame1 had a history of oddball/trolling RfA comments, including his first edit [6]. - Also notice that User:Foundby signed up on December 9, 2006, coincidentally 5 days after User:Records was indefinitely blocked (December 4, 2006) for sockpuppetry. Also, they share similar edit patterns (for example, both have a huge history of edits on List of billionaires (2006), and like to shuffle around their user talk page edits).
