This page was proposed for deletion by an editor in the past.

I removed the proposed deletion tag because this programming language does appear to be notable. Running the Chinese characters in Google Scholar actually produced quite a few results, and the article on the Chinese Wikipedia is much more extensive, perhaps we should translate it and copy it here.
