A tag has been placed on User:Programer11/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://beva.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/eve.13085. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 23:09, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

An administrator wisely noticed that the page you copied from has been published under a "free" license that is compatible with Wikipedia's and declined to speedy-delete the page. However, another editor has nominated it for deletion for a different reason:
This user page may meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion as a page in userspace consisting of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals, where the owner has made few or no edits outside of userspace. See CSD U5.
As a result, the page still may be deleted. I apologize for not checking the copyright status first. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 13:16, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia respects copyrights

Sorry to have to ask that your first attempt be deleted, but Wikipedia respects copyrights. You can find a copy of the text that will be deleted at here.

If you are just looking for some "test" material to copy and play with, look for material that has been released under the "CC-BY-SA 3.0" or higher license. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 23:17, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Struck, see section above this one. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 13:17, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This time, it was copied from a source that is not released under a "free" license.

I edited out the copyright violation, leaving only the first line, which was not copied from that source.

The content was two copies of the article here.

Please read Wikipedia:Copyright policy and Wikipedia:User pages before continuing to edit. Also, since the previous version of your sandbox was deleted because it was being used improperly as a web host, please read Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not#Wikipedia is not a blog, web hosting service, social networking service, or memorial site as well as the rest of that page.

Please respect copyrights

I removed copyrighted text from here that you added to your sandbox, User:Programer11/sandbox because it contained material that was either copied verbatim or is a close paraphrase of that material, and the use did not qualify as "fair use."

I have also asked that an administrator revision delete the two revisions in the revision history that contain the material.

This is not the first time you have copied material from other web sites into Wikipedia.

In the future, please make sure any material you copy into Wikipedia has already been published under a CC BY-SA 3.0 License or is in the public domain.

Small quotes from otherwise-unacceptable sources are allowed, but only under the conditions outlined in WP:Non-free content criteria. To quote from that policy:

Articles and other Wikipedia pages may, in accordance with the guideline, use brief verbatim textual excerpts from copyrighted media, properly attributed or cited to its original source or author (as described by the citation guideline), and specifically indicated as direct quotations via quotation marks, <blockquote>, {{Quote}}, or a similar method.

Again, please respect copyrights. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 19:10, 4 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Tips for Trying CrossFit

If you've never tried CrossFit before and you think it may be the right workout for you, here are some helpful tips for staying safe:

•Go to a few different gyms, talk to the coaches and get an idea for what the workout entails. Most CrossFit gyms offer a free introductory class to beginners considering joining the program. This is a great way to meet your potential CrossFit coach. •Be sure to make your coaches aware of any previous injuries before attempting any CrossFit exercises. If you have a serious pre-existing injury you may even want to speak with your doctor before purchasing a package for this high-intensity program. •Before attempting CrossFit you should have a basic understanding of general fitness. As Jonathon puts it, "You wouldn't add weight to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so don't add weight to a squat with poor form." Be sure to take an "On Ramp" or "Elements" course (mentioned on the previous page) to ensure you'll complete WODs safely and effectively. •Scale your workouts. This is something that is discussed a lot in the CrossFit culture. To "scale your workout" means that you, as a beginner, cannot lift as much weight as CrossFit Chris who has been doing this for years. This also applies to intensity and knowing when your body has reached its maximum capacity.

For all medical questions speak with your doctor and consult your CrossFit coach.

The exercise sport is an important step for building the different muscles of the body and strengthen; Where it is recommended to make sports a part of the daily routine, and it is recommended to practice strength exercises at least twice a week to build muscle in adults, and among these exercises: weight lifting exercises, resistance, body pushing, squatting, as for the elderly who want to build strong muscle mass, it is preferable to exercise Strength exercises in moderation, taking into account avoiding any injury during exercise, and some research has indicated that aerobic exercise is a good way to increase physical fitness and increase muscle growth, so it is recommended to do aerobic exercises for 75 minutes during one week.

Follow a protein-rich diet

Eating sufficient amounts of protein daily promotes muscle building in the body, and it is worth noting that the recommended daily intake for people over the age of 19 years is about 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight, and there is a wide range of protein-rich foods, and we mention from these foods the following. Animal sources: such as: beef, poultry, fish, eggs, milk and milk products. Like cheese .

•Vegetable sources: such as: lentils, soybeans, beans, nuts and seeds.

program of water

Drink enough water

Drinking water is essential to keeping the body hydrated and healthy. As most people do not drink enough water during the day, and therefore it is recommended to drink enough water to promote muscle building, especially before and after exercising, because the body loses a lot of fluids during exercise, so you should drink 8-10 cups of water daily.

Get enough sleep every day

Getting enough sleep

How to grow muscle and build it

Muscle-strengthening exercises

What are Tibetan exercises to strengthen muscles?

Tibetan exercises are one of the five ritual exercises and movements that you can do in two or more groups and you can do them within 20 minutes. In order to live daily life with strength. Tibetan exercises can be traced back to the city of Tibet and have been there for more than 2,500 years and thus are among the oldest sports at present. And Peter Claire's book, published in 1993, mentioned the origins of the Tibetan exercises, which was mentioned as one of the exercises practiced by the British army for 500 years.

Among the benefits of Tibetan exercises are detoxification, achieving body balance, preventing signs of aging, falling asleep, strengthening memory, mental and mental health, relieving joint pain, and improving body and muscle strength. Whatever the origin of these exercises, they cause major changes to the body and mind when they are regularly practiced.

How to strengthen muscles?

Maximize your time:

When it comes to muscle enlargement, it is important to do sets for as long as possible, and this works to increase the volume of the surrounding fluid in the muscle cells, allowing you to see more. By doing this, you can increase the number of combos or make more moves slowly.

Focus on freshness:

Strenuous workouts while at the gym, do not impede progress by overeating or reducing your rest time if you cannot do different exercises with the same strength and intensity from one exercise to the next. This does not mean that you need to take more time between training sessions. If your muscles do not get proper rest, do not hope to increase their size. It needs time to recover and grow to build up the body with adequate food and sleep. Simply without getting enough rest you will not see an increase in volume.

Protein shakes:

Protein drinks should be included in a muscle-building program, especially those consisting of protein and carbohydrates, prior to exercise. Protein increases energy and blood flow to the muscles, thus regulating creatine transport and improving the body's ability to process carbohydrates for several hours after exercise.

Reducing rest time:

Anything you can do to force your body to do more work over a shorter period of time promotes muscle growth. This is because the body will have to adapt to doing more activities in less time. It also supports a lot of blood being pushed through the muscles while you work.

Reducing rest periods during different exercises leads to an increase in the size of the blood vessels and an increase in the metabolism rate, meaning a faster metabolism rate at the end of the exercise session. And upon completion, the body will have a high ability to burn fat and calories, and thus there will be a lower rate of fat in the body.

Avoid excessive cardio exercise:

Few people find it difficult to control endurance and various exercises. When doing intensive sessions of cardio exercises, it can result in a deterioration in muscle size and not obtaining the right size for you even with doing strength exercises. Therefore, it is preferable to get a good rate of exercises to adapt the metabolism without losing muscle size.

Attention to the diet:

There is a list of foods that will benefit you when building more muscle size because they contain the necessary nutrients. Such as cottage cheese, chickpeas, beef, lentils, salmon, grilled chicken, oysters, chia seeds, yogurt, tuna, flax seeds, and various legumes. All of these foods can be included in your diet when doing muscle gain exercises.

Watch here too

•Foods for great and fast muscle strengthening

•Increase muscle mass with these exercises

•More muscle-building exercises.

Some medications help treat chronic fatigue syndrome, and you should pay attention to good nutrition and exercise, as these factors contribute to relieving weakness in the body.

2- Muscle atrophy

It is a group of inherited diseases that cause muscle weakness over time.

This damage and weakness is due to a lack of a protein called dystrophin, which is important for normal muscle function, and a deficiency of this protein can cause problems with walking, swallowing and muscle coordination.

Muscular dystrophy may occur at any age, but it is often diagnosed in childhood, and the chances of developing it increase in males.

Most people with muscular dystrophy suffer from the inability to walk.

This disease is difficult to treat, but some medications and natural remedies can help relieve its symptoms.

3- Dermatomyositis

It is a rare inflammatory disease, which causes muscle weakness with a rash.

Disease is not limited to the skin and inflammation of the muscles on the stage of a certain age, and increases the chances of infection by females.

There is no exact cause of dermatomyositis but it is similar to an autoimmune disease, which occurs when the body's disease-fighting cells, "antibodies," attack healthy cells.

Some treatments can improve muscle tone and get rid of the rash.

4- Low sodium in the blood

Sodium is an important component that helps maintain water balance in and around cells, and it is also essential for the health of the muscles and nerves in the body.

And when sodium is low in the blood, an imbalance of water in the cells occurs, which affects muscle health and strength.

And the treatment of low sodium is with some medications that help control levels.

5- Osteomalacia

Among the diseases that result are problems with bone formation , and this condition is not the same as osteoporosis.

Osteomalacia affects adults, and it occurs due to a lack of vitamin D in the body, as well as calcium levels.

The effects of this softening are not limited to the bones, but also cause weakness in the muscles and joints.

6- Lack of potassium in the blood

When potassium levels are low in the blood, it leads to weakness in the nerve and muscle cells, as well as an irregular heartbeat.

As potassium is necessary for these cells to function well, especially the muscle cells in the heart.

This problem needs some treatments to compensate for the potassium deficiency.

7- Undernutrition

A common cause of muscle weakness is the body's lack of important nutrients to promote its health.

As not eating vegetables, fruits, whole grains, proteins and other foods in adequate quantities, will lead to many negative effects on the health and functions of the body's organs, including the muscles .

And if you eat healthy foods regularly, you will reduce the chances of contracting various diseases.

8- Extreme stress

The severe muscle fatigue as a result of vigorous exercise or shocks that can affect the body is one of the main reasons that lead to muscle weakness.

Exercise appropriate for the body and under the supervision of specialists, and it is necessary for the body to rest and not to constantly stress it.

Natural ways to strengthen muscles

Muscle health can be promoted through some natural methods, including:

1- Eat some foods

Eating certain foods helps support muscle health, including:

Eggs: The eggs full source of protein needed to build and repair muscle tissue. It's also low in calories, contains heart-healthy fats and a source of iron, which transports oxygen into the blood for muscle to use.

Leafy greens: Another healthy addition to help with strengthening muscles, such as spinach, watercress, kale, and cabbage. They are an important source of energy, and necessary to nourish the muscles in order for them to function well and restore depleted glycogen stores, especially after exercise.

Lean meat: Meat is linked to muscle health and muscle building as it is a high source of protein, as it contains essential amino acids needed to build protein necessary for developing muscle growth and for faster recovery after exercise.

Oatmeal: Provides oatmeal full overall energy required for muscle growth and repair of grains. It is also high in dietary fiber that helps maintain blood sugar levels.

As the muscles need fuel to carry out various activities and exercise, it is therefore recommended to eat oatmeal for breakfast.

CrossFit addicts love the communal environment of this workout regimen and appreciate the verbal encouragement and support that they gain from their teammates and coaches while they exercise.

Sometimes criticized for just how intense the workout can be, CrossFit teaches its followers to accept discomfort, push your body to its limits and therefore bring yourself to a place of maximum impact. CrossFit operates off of the belief that you should train your body for the unknown and be physically prepared for almost anything.

While this philosophy may be intimidating to some, it is inspiring and motivational to its followers.

What's limiting about it?

Okay, so we've talked about what people love about CrossFit, but what about the stuff that trainers and attemptees are not so crazy about?

CrossFit is a high-intensity sport, meaning that it opens athletes up to the risk of injury if certain exercises are not properly executed. Almost all CrossFit gyms offer what is called an "On Ramp" or "Elements" course. These courses typically last between two weeks to a month and will teach you the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit and the proper form for each. This is an essential part avoiding injury as a CrossFit beginner.
