This is a game cartridge for the Nintendo DS handheld system that was created to train Japanese McDonald's employees. Managers were given Nintendo DS Lites, in matte black with a smooth McDonald's M logo, and the cartridge for eCDP. It has instructions for the specific way things are prepared, a game-like portion where you follow those instructions on the touch screen, and a quiz mode. Managers could view the progress and scores of their "crew". The program also required an ID and password from a manager (presumably) to function at all. A dump was first uploaded on November 17th, 2020, and the first speedrun of it was performed the same day.
