I am Bo. I am a researcher and writer in my free time. In 2001, I founded a consultancy firm, specialized in customer loyalty, and service management.

I work for Fortune 500 companies in Mexico, Canada, and the US. I am also familiar with Latin American markets such as Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, where I've worked since the 90's.

I am an engineer, with an MBA and a doctorate, yet I am not part of Academia. I see myself as a very educated practitioner.

When researching, I try to be thorough, using APA for citation. As an engineer, I love numbers, and logic. As an MBA, I love business and customers; as a Doctor, I love to be certain my hypotheses are answered, or rejected, with the right data.
