Fixes and update

Not done: I had a look through a sample of the qqq pages, and most of them didn't help to understand the function of the page at all. In addition, some of them could be confused with the system message itself. (For example, MediaWiki:Anoneditwarning/qqq says "Warning: You are not logged in. Your IP address will be recorded in this page's edit history.") On the whole, I don't think this would be a positive change. — Mr. Stradivarius (have a chat) 16:53, 7 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Should we switch this to Wikipedia:Administrators Noticeboard or maybe Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)? Since it currently refers one to a historical noticeboard.Crazynas t 00:16, 19 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
