Illustrating the field of Complex Dynamic Systems Theory

I have removed the two illustrations of this article, see here, because I think it gives the wrong impression that we are dealing here with an other subfield of applied mathematics. Now illustrating systems theory, such as all more abstract fields, has always been problematic here, but some alternatives have come up, such as:

  • A simple venn diagram with the origins of the field (for example) ; linguistics, systems theory and applied mathematics
  • A collage of specif images of the field, see for example here the collage made for the field of systems engineering
  • A collage of founders of the field
  • A combination

One way ore another, I think this article will benefit from its own unique illustration to symbolize the field. -- Mdd (talk) 11:54, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
