This category should only be added with the {{Lang}} family of templates, never explicitly.
For example {{Lang|scl|جگ سے ٹکی کھانن}}, which wraps the text with <span lang="scl">. Also available is {{Langx|scl|جگ سے ٹکی کھانن}} which displays as Shina: جگ سے ٹکی کھانن.
