Removed the deletion flag, people!
This was marked for deletion due to no useful content. It was also flagged for lack of references. I've added a simple example and a reference to an overview paper. I've therefore removed the deletion flag. --winterstein (talk) 23:07, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
- Good additions. Let's hope it can be improved further.
Do you have better details of the book in which the chapter ref'd appears?(Found details) Melcombe (talk) 12:33, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
Added a Motivation section at the start
The introduction lacked sufficient examples and explanation of WHY oversampling and undersampling are performed, and when one would use one instead of the other. (This will also noted by another user who added the "Clarification needed" tag.) Hopefully, the added text will help.
