Kenny Techstepper (Real name Kenneth Robert Webster Jr.) is a music journalist and audio recording engineer from Chicago, Illinois. He currently works as music commentator and assistant technical producer for Mancow's Morning Madhouse, a nationally syndicated morning radio show. While on-air he plays the roles of various charectors, including: 'DJ Crazy Lips', 'The Brow' and 'Bob Noxious'.

Prior to working for Mancow he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he performed academic research for the Communication's department head Dr. Kevin Barnhurst. His research work has been copied and used as evidence in academic journals and books.

He is also a known hip hop/drum n'bass producer and vocalist working under the handle's MC Phase and Skitzophonic. Between June of 2000 and July of 2006 toured around North America ona dn off to perform at various concerts and festivals alongside such musicical acts as The Disco Biscuits, Lyrics Born, Keoki, Goldie, Rahzel and Alex Patterson of The Orb.
