The contents of Expression Language was merged into Jakarta Expression Language on 15 January 2013. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. It might be a good idea if, for example, the first sentence actually explained with the Unified Expression Language is. I cant actually see where this is described anywhere in the article.
