- 22 March 2020 : Team discussed an emergency plan-of-action in response to the Corona Virus outbreak
- 5 April 2020 : Community members updated each other with developments regarding coronavirus articles.
- 14 June 2020 : In response to the recent mental health debate sparked off by the demise of Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, community members discussed about lack of quality articles on Mental Health in Indic language Wikis. Community Members decided to organise a Mental Health Awareness Week, to improve the quality of such articles.

- Delhi Meetup (3rd November 2019) : SWASTHA Concept was discussed at Delhi Meetup in November 2019.
- WikiConference North America (9th November 2019) : Project was discussed during Wikimedia Medicine Lunch.
- Dedicated event was planned to discuss this project in Mumbai from 27th to 29th December 2019.
2020
- SWASTHA Project was discussed at Mumbai event on 28th December 2019.
- Local communities are encouraged to host local meetups to discuss this project.
Upcoming meetups
- Meetup is proposed in North-East India region.
- Hyderabad meetup is scheduled, it's been delayed until the situation becomes suitable for offline meetings.
