Update on IETF language tags

The RFC 4646 had been replaced by RFC 5646 in September 2009. I replaced one link, but the [2] reference still goes to the old RFC. Please check and correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.204.100.198 (talk) 00:03, 16 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
