The Cloverstack Interchange is the local nickname for the freeway interchange between Interstate 10 and the Cesar E. Chavez Border Highway east of downtown El Paso, Texas. The interchange is named because it encompasses a four-level stack interchange for direct freeway-to-freeway movements, but also contains a full cloverleaf interchange on the bottommost level of the stack for movements between the frontage roads of the two highways, and for movements between the frontage roads and local streets (including the approach roads to the Ysleta–Zaragoza International Bridge).
